Verizon Broadband to Deliver Starz Content

Verizon has entered into a multiyear partnership with the premium cable channel Starz to deliver Starz movies for download as well as live streams. Verizon will also feature Starz on its FiOS TV service.

Verizon 8.5 million broadband customers will be able to receive Starz movies even if they don’t live in a market that currently offers Verizon’s TV service.

Starz is reportedly seeking further opportunities to increase its internet movie distribution.
